Fridays Finest Finds Back in DC

First I want to say a huge thanks to all who left me such sweet comments on my last post. Thanks so much for your kind words and support!

Well, I'm back to posting my favorite finds on Craigslist in the DC Metropolitan area and we'll see whether I can keep up my other blog The Queen of Craigslist where I showcase CL finds from other cities. Without further ado, below are my favorites on DC's CL...

Asian chest $20 (Personally I would paint this piece black or white and spray paint the hardware gold, but you may like as is or have other brilliant ideas to transform it.)...

1960's Console $495 (This is a stunning piece and would be great as a TV console in a Man Cave or as a sideboard in a dining room.)...

Antique Dresser $485 (I would offer way less and paint depending on what space I want it for. I envision it as a petite armoire in a girls bedroom. Maybe the walls are pink and this piece adds a little rustic charm to an otherwise too girly space?)...

Sofa Asian Style $49 (I'm on the fence with this piece, but for the price you maybe be able to get it to work.)...

 

Maybe you could reupholster the above piece to give it a fresh take on life and squeeze it into a cozy nook like the sofa setting below...

Round Bamboo Mirror $30 (Not exactly a starburst mirror, but would look charming in a fun color above a guest room sink.)....

Small Round Black Table $200 (Great piece for a little kitchen or apartment.)...

Pair of Bamboo Chairs $75 (Great unique extra seating.)...

The chairs above would look great in black like the chairs in the dining space below...

Brasilia Buffet Server $400 (I see this in a bright white dining room with a wild gold chandelier.)...

MCM Cocktail Table $75 (Unique piece...no!?)...

Dorothy Draper Dresser in Cream $799 (I've never seen this dresser in cream and silver. I prefer the black/gold original coloring, but this may suite your decor better.)...

Pair of Silver Side Tables $175 (I probably would have chosen black for these because of the leather top, but great tables none the less.)....

Indoor/outdoor rug $134 (This would look great in a kids play room for interest.)...

The rug above reminded me of the one in the image below...

Brand New Greek Key Side Tables $349/both (Great as is, but I see these tables in silver or gold.)....

The seller of the tables above actually gave the image below as an inspiration...

Modern Rug $50 (Great price.)...

You could add the above rug, after cleaning of course, next to your bed like the one below...

Etegare $29 (It's for the one on the left, but the seller showcased the others as a paint color option...great idea seller.)...

 

Chinoiserie Chairs $300 (The last 2 need some work, so I would offer about $200. Gorgeous though.)...

The seller above has already started the paint, just finish off and maybe the below image could be inspiration for your dining room...

Vintage Mirror Dressers $95/pair (These are awesome.)...

 

Vintage Bedside Tables $95 (Sweet for a petite bedroom.)...

Chinoiserie Screen $400 (The reverse of this screen is just as gorgeous as the front.)...

 

Pagoda Chair $500 (Love.)...

Just imagine if you could find 8 of the chairs above and create the Kelly Wearstler dining space below?...

6 Queen Anne Chairs $195 (I would offer less, then I'd paint (shock!) and reupholster.)...

The chairs above may not be the hippest chairs around, but add a splash of brick red and blue fabric and you could find them in the beautiful space below...
